I am a junior at the University of Montana studying journalism with an emphasis on photojournalism and multimedia. I grew up in Portland, Oregon, and am fortunate enough to have a family who loves the outdoors. On many family vacations exploring the beautiful lands around the western US, I developed a passion for wilderness. Through my landscape photography, I hope to share the power and grace I see in the land.


In addition to nature photography, I especially enjoy shooting sports. Growing up I played everything- baseball, basketball, soccer. I started running competitively in high school, and I am currently a member of the Grizzly Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track teams. My passion for photographing athletics is undoubtedly fueled from long-term history of competition.
